Yahoo! News - A Texas grand jury indicted Rep. Tom DeLay on a new charge of money laundering Monday, less than a week after another grand jury leveled a conspiracy charge that forced DeLay to temporarily step down as House majority leader.I'm sure he'll be back in time to reclaim his position of power in Washington, no problem.
Both indictments accuse DeLay and two political associates of conspiring to get around a state ban on corporate campaign contributions by funneling the money through a political action committee to the Republican National Committee in Washington.
OK, maybe not.

I was just about to post his but had a feeling you might be all over it.
The funniest part about Delay's attacks on the prosecutor is that his record shows him to be anything but partisan. I don't have my fact checker with me but I believe he has prosecuted something like 15 Republicans and 12 Democrats in Texas for election/political shenanigans.
This post seems more and more pertinent, doesn't it?
